Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at weroaowell@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns
If the product has a quality defect or is damaged upon arrival, we offer free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the product is in good condition and there is no defect, but you wish to return it, the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If the product has a quality defect, we will cover all costs associated with the exchange, including shipping.
If the product is in good condition but you wish to exchange it for another item, please contact us to discuss and agree on the applicable costs before proceeding.

If your request is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions and details on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, drops, or liquid damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use with incompatible devices or accessories
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- If a warranty replacement is approved, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost. Return shipping of the defective unit will be covered by WERO by Aowell

Our Thunderbolt 5 and Thunderbolt 3 products are designed for use with Intel Thunderbolt™-certified host devices. Compatibility issues arising from use with non-certified hosts are not covered under warranty.
