Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Warehouse & Fulfillment
Orders are shipped directly from our logistics center.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country or region. WERO is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
