Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Warehouse & Fulfillment
Orders to the United States and Europe are fulfilled from our US and EU warehouses to ensure faster delivery and simplified customs clearance. Other international orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders outside the US and EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. WERO by Aowell is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at weroaowell@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
