- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Our Thunderbolt 5 and Thunderbolt 3 products are designed for use with Intel Thunderbolt™-certified host devices. Compatibility issues arising from use with non-certified hosts are not covered under warranty.
