Do SSDs come included?
No. Install your own M.2 NVMe (M Key, 2280) SSDs. The dock supports drives up to 8TB each, for up to 16TB total.
Does it fit Mac Mini M2 and Mac Studio?
Yes — designed to exactly match the 197×197mm footprint of all Mac Mini generations (M1, M2, Intel) and Mac Studio.
Can the downstream Thunderbolt port drive a monitor?
Yes. Connect a 4K display, external SSD, or another Thunderbolt device downstream.
Is SSD installation tool-free?
Nearly. The bottom cover opens with a simple latch. Drives are secured with included screws using a small Phillips screwdriver.

Warehouse & Fulfillment
Orders to the United States and Europe are fulfilled from our US and EU warehouses to ensure faster delivery and simplified customs clearance. Other international orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center.

Customs & Import Duties

How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to diagnose the issue
- If a warranty replacement is approved, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost. Return shipping of the defective unit will be covered by WERO by Aowell

Our Thunderbolt 5 and Thunderbolt 3 products are designed for use with Intel Thunderbolt™-certified host devices. Compatibility issues arising from use with non-certified hosts are not covered under warranty.
