- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair

- Damage caused by use with incompatible devices or accessories
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days to diagnose the issue
- If a warranty replacement is approved, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost. Return shipping of the defective unit will be covered by WERO by Aowell

Our Thunderbolt 5 and Thunderbolt 3 products are designed for use with Intel Thunderbolt™-certified host devices. Compatibility issues arising from use with non-certified hosts are not covered under warranty.
