Does the SSD come included?
No. Install any M.2 2280 M-Key NVMe SSD (sold separately). The dock runs the drive at full Thunderbolt 3 bandwidth.
Do I need to install drivers?
Plug-and-play for USB, Ethernet, and single-display output. For extended multi-monitor mode via DisplayLink, download the free DisplayLink driver from displaylink.com.
Can I use dual monitors with my MacBook?
Yes — via DisplayLink. Apple M-series natively supports 1 external display via Thunderbolt, but DisplayLink enables additional monitors regardless of chip.
Does it work with Thunderbolt 4 laptops?
Yes. Thunderbolt 3 accessories are fully compatible with Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 ports.
Can it charge my laptop?

How to Make a Warranty Claim
